Layered Carob Chia Pudding

This layered carob chia pudding combines chia seeds, carob, and Tropeaka’s vanilla protein to provide complete amino acids, essential fatty acids, and soluble fibre. Together, these support tissue repair, collagen synthesis, healthy digestion, and sustained energy.

Carob offers a naturally sweet, caffeine-free alternative to cacao, with the added benefit of calcium, magnesium, and gentle polyphenols to support oxidative balance; ideal for supporting tissue repair, blood glucose stability, and hormonal replenishment in the fourth trimester.

Tropeaka’s vanilla protein contains all nine essential amino acids and is enhanced with digestive enzymes to ensure optimal absorption, even when digestive fire may be low. This makes it especially suitable for new mothers replenishing their stores after birth, while also gently supporting milk production and metabolic balance.

Thinking ahead to roughly 1 months time, when I will have a newborn plus a 15 month old baby; these are the kind of breakfasts that I know I will be relying on to make the night before to nourish all of us the next morning.
